Summer of 2025 I had Capital Construction do some remodeling in my basement due to a damaged sewer line. Everyone from the owner Dennis down to the administrative assistant Alanna were wonderful. The workmanship was great. Any questions along the way they were more than happy to answer for me. As unexpected things came up, as they do with projects such as this, I was always informed and told the pricing before they continued the work. They were also very accommodating as I asked if they could do some other repairs/upgrades-grades that came up along the way. Their pricing is also very comparable to other companies. I chose them due to the kindness and respect shown to me when I had them come out to give me an estimate on the work that needed done. I also had to have a new patio and sprinkler system done due to the damage from the broken sewage pipes under the house. It was so nice to be able to work with one company that could get it all done instead of having to get in touch with another company for the yard work. We have had as easy and efficient of a remodel/construction experience as one can have with Capitol! Exceptional communication, efficient scheduling and detailed budgeting, made doing business and managing our project a mostly stress-free experience. Jared, our GC was the kindest and extremely detailed in the execution of our complex rebuild. The entire team was a pleasure to work with! Our basement is now waterproof and beautiful! We used Capitol Construction for a full bathroom renovation and had an awesome experience. They were easy to work with, communicated well, and the quality really shows. We have an older home, so of course a couple unexpected issues came up, but they handled them quickly and kept the project on track without compromising the design. This week our patio and roof project were finished! Capitol Construction did the roof for us and a great job they did. Exactly what we wanted and it fits in with the style of our home.

Alanna's your first contact for scheduling and then is with you every-step of the way, always communicating and making sure you know what's on-tap and what's next - she's great.  Dennis and Shara take you through the process, as owners they've been here before, from understanding your insurance process to keeping you on budget - trust them to lead and take you through the options, I'm glad we did.
