Our Process
We meet with you to talk through your ideas and make sure we fully understand your vision for the project. We’ll discuss the expected timeline, explain how the process works, and what you can expect from our team. Before we leave, we’ll provide an estimated investment range so you can consider the next steps.
Before signing a contract, we begin with a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). This typically includes design services, engineer reports, a visit to our showroom, and any discovery work needed to provide a reliable and accurate estimate. The PSA does not commit you to the construction phase, and you retain ownership of the design work created during this process.
After the PSA phase is complete, we will meet and discuss the full project plan. We will review the scope of work, project timeline, payment schedule, and logistics, and answer any questions you may have. You’ll also meet your dedicated project manager and discuss how we’ll stay in touch and keep you informed throughout the project.
Once planning and design work is complete we can provide a guaranteed price for your project. You’ll have approved the final design and production plan, and you will have already know your dedicated project manager and how the team will work together. We’ll walk through our Construction Agreement with you and answer any questions before signing.
Our team manages all aspects of the project so you don’t have to – material orders, scheduling, coordination, and on-site supervision. The timeline will vary depending on the scope of your project, but we will keep you informed with consistent updates throughout the process. You’ll also have the option to use our client portal to view progress photos and updates.
Even with thoughtful planning, it’s common for homeowners to want to adjust a detail or two during the project. If that happens, we’ll work with you to incorporate changes whenever possible. Our Agreement explains how any additional costs are handled so the process stays clear and stress-free.
As we wrap up your project, we take the time to carefully review every detail to make sure the quality of workmanship meets our standards. We’ll meet with you for a final walkthrough to answer any questions and ensure you’re completely comfortable with your new space. Our team will also complete a detailed final cleanup of the work area and surrounding spaces. If you notice anything that needs adjustment, let us know so we can take care of it right away.
We stand behind our work and provide a one year warranty on our craftsmanship. We’ll personally check in with you to make sure everything is performing as it should be. Many of the items installed in your home also come with manufacturer warranties, and we’re happy to help you navigate those if any issues arise.
